Abstract
Landscape design is a comprehensive subject a practical strong, it contains a lot of knowledge. With the scientific view, considering the design area is reasonable; the artistic point of view, designers need to factor from the landscape nodes, concept, composition, color, make people enjoy the sense organs. In this paper, through the planning and design of residential area, trying to get comfortable and beautiful concept into the design, make the space more comfortable, close to nature, let the residents recreational use of humanity. A residential landscape design, I take the essence and connotation of residential landscape design, make the design idea and standard of advanced design techniques into the community design, let the area have a certain cultural atmosphere, but also exercise their practice ability.

绪论居住小区的主题是楼房以及其附带的设施形成了居民居住区。合理的规划使得小区居民十分舒心，适宜居住。我们的设计就是把小区做得合情合理，居民梦也可以在优美的环境下自由玩耍、陶冶情操并感受其中的美。在现在的小区建筑设计，大多数小区都会结合自己的地方建筑特色和现代建筑风格，而且还会结合小区所处的地域历史文化、地理环境等因素，营造一个形式丰富、文化底蕴浓厚的居住小区，同时也使得景观丰富、功能合理，如此一来让不同种类的小区拥有各自的景观特色，展现了不一样的小区文化，让居住区更加有特色。
