On the combination of old industrial plants and public landscape
Abstract：With the increasing urbanization of city construction and the transfor-
mation of the old city is rapidly,the most factory buildings legacy in our country were
removed and exit the stage space of city life quickly. Over the last few years,the
development with combination of old industrial plants and public landscape rise
suddenly,this transformation of the way not only greatly improve the city style and
living environment, but also led the creative industries drived economic development,
it has important social and economic significance.
Therefore，my paper attempts to discussion how to transform the old industrial plants
environment with landscape design to adapt to the needs of the creative industry park and
improve it’s environment.

1废旧工业厂区形成原因及现状
1.1 原因
废旧工业厂房区遗存在城市特别是大型工业城市的城市中占有重要地位。20世纪90年代后，随着城市产业结构的调整，很多城市的空间格局发生了重大的变化。一方面，第三产业的兴起和高新技术的引进与开发使需要大量人力、物力及时间的传统工业的发展陷入困境，很多老的工厂企业面临停业、合并、转型的局面。城市的扩建使老的工业厂房建筑夹杂在新建成的区段中。
大量城市以文化、教育、科技、经济等第三产业发展方向进行城市规划，老厂房毗邻现代简约的建筑，显得格格不入，城市规划只能将老的工业区向新兴工业区转变或向郊外转移。这样，许多遗留的工业厂房建筑就丧失了其原有功能。
1.2 现状
1.2.1 公共展示场所
现代化的城市需要大量的展示场馆来展示其拥有和研究的现代化科技成果、历史文脉、新兴艺术等来体现城市的发展情况及能力；而在用地已经接近饱和的大中型城市大兴土木建造大量占地面积巨大的展示场馆，要么选择郊外，要么拆除老旧建筑，前者不利于城市的自身宣传，后者兴师动众劳民伤财，显然这已经违背了当今发展绿色节能的主旨；这时拥有较大实用面积的废旧厂房是非常好的选择，只要通过对他结构加固保障安全，内外立面进行修复装饰就可以使用，这大大降低了人力、物力、财力的损耗。
