Virtools小户型样板房虚拟展示设计
如何使青年小户型住宅室内设计体现出“小而宜，小而全，小而精”的居住效果，同时满足青年人在个性心理、实用功能及居住舒适度方面的需求，成为摆在我们面前的首要问题。
基于以上因素，本文力求理论与实际相结合、设计与市场相结合，从现阶段青年一代的现状特征出发，通过对青年小户型样板房虚拟展示设计的研究，使其空间功能更加完备以适应青年群体居住需求的不断变化，为更好的利用小空间营造大效果提供一些新的途径和手法，从而提升居者的生活品质，提高小户型住宅的居住舒适度。22126

Small apartment model room virtual display design
Abstract:Small family homes as a new form of urban living concept,its value is not only reflected in the simple sense of the area,price,more to reflect the contemporary young people to pursue freedom and perse attitude to life,represents a new living culture.
How to make young small family residential interior design reflects the "small but appropriate, small but complete, a small but excellent" live results, while meeting the needs of young people in personality psychology, practical function and comfort of living areas, be placed in front of us the primary problem.
Based on the above factors, the paper seeks to combine theory with practice, design and market integration,the young generation from the current characteristics of the starting stage,through the study of young small apartment model room virtual exhibition designed to make it more complete functional space to accommodate youth the changing needs of population sliving to provide some new ways and techniques to make better use of the small space to create big results,so as to enhance the quality of life of those living and improve living comfort small apartment house.
