Environmental protection material dialogue furniture design
bstract: This paper summarizes the characteristics of paper furniture, and combining with the design and manufacture of examples in recent years of paper furnitureand related patents, describes the current situation of the development ofpaper furniture at home and abroad. Paper is a kind of high plastic materials,the use of paper as raw material for furniture, with the protection of the ecological environment, energy saving, rich varieties, to meet the perse needs of furniture national characteristics. Through the analysis of the paper furniture raw materials, from the practical point of view, a variety of combinations of inductive paper furniture, and design practice. Based on the status of its development and its characteristics, summarizes the developmenttrend of paper furniture, the paper furniture will become the new direction for the future development of furniture.

一、绪论
(一) 纸质家具设计的意义
纸质家具本身体现了“自然”的概念，它本身独具的优良品质，不经漂染的程序，不强调所谓的流行，展示出更接近于天然的生存姿态。开展关于纸质家具的研究，可以帮助人们从传统的束缚中解放出来，倡导正确健康的生活理念，也表明环境保护已经成为生活化非纯粹理论化的实践活动。[1]纸质家具所带来的另一层意义在于，其不断对传统商品进行改良，追求简朴的设计和生活的实用性。由于纸质家具价廉物美、品质高、不多加装饰，并被证实符合时代发展的趋势。纸质家具设计应认真考虑地球的有限资源使用问题，为保护地球的有限资源服务[2]。在家具界“低碳环保”的旗帜下，纸质家具更是成为年轻人的新宠，其在便于携带、拆装，符合环保理念和高速生活节奏的同时，可以让消费者体验DIY(do ityourself)家具乐趣。
