现代新办公空间浅论办公空间多样性设计研究
本论文针对当前国际设计界流行的“新办公空间”这一命题,结合办公空间设计现状集中探讨了适应现代办公空间的空间配置方案及其配套设施的设计方向, 提出信息时代的办公空间设计新理念。

Abstract: professional gens each work daily for 8 hours in the office .And tension of urban rhythm makes an extended trend of office hours. Therefore, office space design and the importance of persity is more and more people's attention. For most people, in the form of the office space ，not only focus on the meaning of aesthetic feeling, more problems involving office efficiency and humanization. Experience in 200, the industrial economy era, human society will be replaced with the "information age". In order to adapt to the demand trend of modern work persity, office space design and the persity of service function into space design.
This article in view of the current international popular design "new office space" this proposition, in combination with office space in this paper, the current design focus to adapt to the modern office space design direction of spatial configuration scheme and its supporting facilities, office space design in the information age a new idea is put forward.

引言：随着新技术、新材料的工业化发展，办公建筑不断向大型化、复合化、智能化方向发展。人性化设计的理念在全世界范围内被广泛的接受与认同，使用者的需求越来越被尊重与关怀。现代办公十分注重交流与协作，许多办公建筑内部空间公共的空间所占的比例日益增加，而良好的办公外部环境也和内部环境相辅相成，给办公者提到一个自然，轻松交流的平台。
剑桥大学硕士、英国皇家建筑师协会会员罗亚当认为，办公空间应是多功能性的，即一个空间需要衍生出多种使用功能，不固定每一个功能区间，他们既可以是办公的区域，也可以是休闲娱乐的区域。这样的形式迎合了现代办公环境中私密性、开放性、个体性、群体性等多种需要。空间的相互转化及其关系，反映出由空间塑造的不同工作方式的对比形式。
