摘要本文主要对学习型多旋翼无人飞行器产品进行研究,并介绍了设计与制作过程。当今无人飞行器研究是一门热门课题,在军用和民用等领域已有广泛应用,但对于学生科普学习上的运用研究较少。如能将工业设计和航空无人飞行器跨学科研究结合在一起,通过产品设计的视角,以无人飞行器为载体,则可以开发出具有极高教育价值的新科学玩具产品,让高科技走出“黑匣子”,使之成为连接“学生”与“教育”之间的纽带。 通过借鉴现有产品的成熟技术,将无人飞行器的技术进行微型模块化,创新的引入3D打印技术,进行拼装组合的创新方法研究,设计出用户可以自行学习拼装飞行的产品。此学习型多旋翼无人飞行器产品可以成为中小学生科普学习的用具,对我国科学普及和教育事业的发展将具有一定的意义。27128 毕业论文关键词:多旋翼无人飞行器 科学玩具 科学原理 3D打印 产品设计
Title Learning Multi-rotor Unmanned Product Design
Abstract
Multi-rotor UAV in recent years because of its popular degree has become a hot
topic of major colleges and universities. While few people care about primary UAVs,
particularly for students learning. In this paper, it focuses on research and
design of primary UAV applied to student learning. Product design is based on
micro-four-rotors design, and the use of 3D printers to print all parts of the
frame. It will avoid the security risks because of the previous structure, so that
the UAV design matures and industrialization is the important step. This paper
also focuses on the appearance of a new product and packaging design, using 3D
printing technology to verify the feasibility of the program, analyzing the final
structure of this product and giving a full explanation of the learning process,
so that the students can quickly assemble and test the product, then have a further
learning and development of the product.
