Title The Space Design of Nursing Home for Recreation and Entrainment and Sports Activities—Take Jin Fu Ju Nursing Home as an Example
Abstract With the rapid acceleration of the aging, the proportion of the elderly in our country which accounts for in the whole society population is becoming bigger and bigger. Nowadays, all the cities are planning society-owned nursing home energetically. The nursing home has become the inevitable tendency of the development of the society. Nowadays, most resources of the facilities designs provided for the aged mainly focus on the study of interior design of residential nursing home. However, for the aged, they have more spare time. Besides of the satisfaction of material conditions, they also need more cultural recreational activities which are colorful and suitable for the aged so that their spiritual needs of the aged can be met. Therefore, as the important position is taken by cultural communication and recreation of the aged, the plan and design of the space in nursing home for leisure and recreation and sports activities have become an urgent project at present and have intense practical significance. Taking Shanghai Jin Fu Ju Nursing Home as an example, this project studies physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the aged from the perspectives of environmental psychology and ergonomics. Space for leisure and recreation and sports activities which is humanized and suitable for the activities of the aged is designed.

1 绪论 1．1 研究背景 根据 1956 年联合国《人口老龄化及其社会经济后果》确定的划分，一个国家或地区 65岁以上老年人口数量占人口总数的7%时，意着这个国家进入老龄化［1］ 。 我国早已进入了老龄社会，预测到2020年我国老龄人口总数将达到总人口的 14%以上。最新数据显示，到 2050 年，我国老龄人口数量达到总人口的31.3%（图 1.1） 。面对我国人口老龄化超前的这种严峻态势，导致老龄人口基数大，增速快，增长趋势明显的现状，我们应提出相应的解决措施。 1.1.1 研究对象 本文研究的对象是以上海金福居养老院为例的休闲娱乐、体育活动空间设计，包括室内设计以及室内外的联系空间。在现有研究基础上，通过自己对养老院活动空间进行调研分析总结。 1.1.2 研究范围 老龄化趋势的发展已经得到政府的重视，面对老龄化的严峻趋势政府已建立多个社区养老院，为老年人提供生活居住场所，解决日常生活问题。然而对现有养老院的研究，依旧停留于居住型老年设施的室内设计研究，对于休闲娱乐、体育活动空间设计的研究甚少。 对于退休后居住于养老院的老人来说，娱乐活动空间作为老年人文化交流和娱乐活动的主要场所，但在现有设计中往往会忽略许多细节上的因素。本课题的研究范围是以上海金福居敬老院为例，设计休闲娱乐体育活动的室内空间设计，最大程度上满足老年人的活动需求。
