Changzhou Sanjiangkou park planning should be based on the artificial construction and natural space combination for guiding ideology, to allocate sufficient leisure space to meet citizens movement, entertainment, life needs, for the public to provide lively and persified recreational space for the purpose. So the core task of landscape design is the rational use of natural elements and the design of natural open space.. Changzhou Sanjiang sports leisure park will be the perfect combination of science and the park, not only provides a beautiful natural resting place for the public, but also improve the city green rate and ecological benefit Therefore, in recent years, we started to build city Eco Park in China.. Such as in the southern, central and southeast area, park of its kind in the construction of relatively rapid, the urban ecological park construction experience, and in the country but also the rise of the tide of Urban Ecological Construction Science Park, for people in the city to provide outdoor recreation, leisure green space.

湿地公园植物景观设计将有利于生态环境保护、区域 经济社会发展，人们生活游憩质量的提高，以及科普教育，丰富城市生物多样性，改善城市湿地景观，让“地球之肾”发挥健康机能，为人类服务。
通过该项目的研究及设计，旨在构建一个生态环保的自然湿地公园，为在湿地公园植物设计方面做出进行积极实践，为环境改善和人们休闲游憩做出贡献。根据规划区自然、人文资源的特点，以文护湿地生态环境健康和延续乡土文脉特色为出发点，坚持“全面保护、生态优先、合理利用、持续发展”的方针，充分体现城市湿地公园的特色，积极其在区域中的生态服务功能。
