A Study into landscape of Regeneration of Derelict Land——the former site of Nanjing meet processing landscape design
Abstract： With the accelerated pace of urbanization process, the upgrading of industrial structure within the city, the relocation of traditional industries, the city appeared in a large number of abandoned land. However, the waste is often left behind a large number of artificial characteristics and even industrial heritage resources. Therefore, the regeneration of abandoned land not only to meet the needs of urban development, but also need to fully consider the characteristics of the site itself, combined with the surrounding environment to convert the functions of waste land, through reasonable planning and landscape design to re-use of waste, re-energized. In this paper, the site of Nanjing Rare Factory was taken as the object of study. Under the premise of respecting the original historical sites of the site, the planning and landscape design of the site were carried out, and a new way of regeneration was put forward.

废弃地再生的景观探究——南京肉联厂旧址景观规划设计
引言 现阶段我国由于产业结构的调整和资源渐趋枯竭，废弃地和衰败工业区迅速增加。为了改善城市环境，并有效地推动城市经济的发展，就需要对这些废弃地进行改造。因此，通过适宜的景观规划设计来推进废弃地的再生，是十分有必要的。
1 综述
1．1 废弃地的概念
废弃地是在以前的工业、农业、城市建设等不同类型的土地利用形式中,因使用不当或规划变动而荒废,不经治理就无法再利用的土地。主要包括废弃矿区、采石场、关闭的工厂、停用的商业建筑、垃圾填埋场、工程废弃地、弃耕地、战场废墟等等[1]。
1．2 废弃地的特征
由于人类活动的影响，废弃地的原始生态环境难免发生改变，甚至遭到污染与破坏。同时废弃地也通常会遗留下大量人工的痕迹，如建筑物或构筑物等等。简而言之，废弃地主要有以下三个特征[2]。
