在人们日益关注文化休闲的今天，亲近自然，时尚环保是宠物饲养器材也愈发受到喜爱，形形色色的产品充斥着我们生活。在工业设计体系中，产品设计作为其主要组成部分，也呈现出多元化和趣性的设计的特点。在互联网的时代中，一些新奇有趣的小物件被很多用户频繁的分享转载，在快节奏的生活中，人们需要一些小物件来丰富生活，增添色彩。从原始的池塘野外的养殖到现在大小各异的水族箱，宠物鱼的饲养已不仅仅是一种单纯的养殖而是成为很多都市人增加生活乐趣，亲近自然的载体。研究这个课题的目的在于鱼类观赏性产品的发展前景，也必将影响水族器材配套设计产业的发展。各国造型别致的水族箱或是鱼缸，探讨人和自然的和谐共存，然后再通过市场调研案例分析等各个方面去了解现有产品优越处和劣势处，提出设计上可改善的方面，为人们提供更别致安全的鱼缸水族箱。
