摘要通过总结中外关于新农村建设的教训及经验，再综合研究已有的关于新农村建设理论，以及江苏省靖江市马桥徐周村的实际情况，对我国新农村建设进行探索。以建筑道路、土地资源、村庄布局等作为村容村貌的切入点，对马桥徐周村进行实际调查,在研究马桥徐周村社会zhuyi新农村建设的实际情况后，归纳出马桥徐周村新农村建设普遍存在的问题。结果表明：徐周村存在建筑道路质量较差，土地资源浪费浪费严重，村庄布局不合理等问题。然后针对这些问题，提出了具体整改办法：一是加强建筑道路质量，二是合理利用土地资源，三是合理安排村庄布局，四是完善公共设施。72075

Investigation on the New Rural Construction from the Village Appearance —Xuzhou Village in Jingjiang City of Jiangsu Province for Example

Abstract By summing up Chinese and foreign experiences of new rural construction，and comprehensively studying on new rural construction theory, considering about the actual state of Xuzhou village in Jiangsu province, to explore the new rural construction of our country。 An investigation was conducted on the actual state of Xuzhou village from the village appearance of road,construction, land resources, etc, and then to sum up the common problems of Xuzhou village in the process of new rural construction。 The results showed that, Xuzhou village had poor quality of road construction, land resourcewaste, unreasonable configuration, etc。 Then according to the Investigation, we raised specific corrective measures。 Firstly,we need to improve the quality of road construction, the other is the rational utilization of land resources, the third is to have a reasonable arrangement of village layout, four is to improve public facilities。
