摘要:猴头菌是东方国家众所周知的食用和药用蘑菇。这种蘑菇在日本和中国分别被称为'yamabus;hitake;'和'猴;头',是四;大名菜(猴;头、熊掌、;燕窝、鱼翅);之一,有;“山珍猴头;、海味鱼翅”;之称。目前已经采用的分类标准为:界(真菌界)、门(;担;子菌门(Ba;sidi;omyco;ta))、亚   ;门(担;子菌亚;门(Basidi;omyco;tina);)、纲(层;菌纲(Hyme;nomycet;es);)、目(非;褶菌目(Aphy;lloph;orales;))、科(;猴头菇科;)、属(猴;头菇属)、种(;猴头菇 H. ;eri;naceus)。猴头菇(H. erinaceus)β-葡聚糖(HEBG)和α-葡聚糖(LEBG)是由D-葡萄糖单体经糖昔键混合连接的多糖。本课题以猴头菇(H. erinaceus)为原料,采用热水浸提辅助机器粉碎对猴头菇(H. erinaceus)β-葡聚糖进行提取,通过单因素实验对其提取工艺条件进行优化。

此外,对它们的部分理化性质及其在中的应用进行了研究,旨在为抗肿瘤和免疫调节剂,抗胃溃疡剂,降血糖剂等产品的研发提供科学参考,并吸引更多学者关注他们。猴头菇葡聚糖最佳优化点:液料比24.1 温度100℃  破碎时间 7.5min。可以通过常温下超声5分钟来显著提升其DPPH自由基清除活性且不会破坏它的链构象。此外,值得一提的是,“erinaceus”这个加词仍然被软件认为是发生了拼写错误。

Extraction optimization and activity evaluation of Hericium erinaceus glucan

Abstract:Hericium is a well known edible and medicinal mushroom in the eastern countries. This mushroom is called 'yamabushitake' and 'herd head' in Japan and China. It is one of the four famous dishes (Hericium erinaceus, bear's paw, bird's nest, and shark's fin). The classification criteria that have been used at present are: Bound (Fungi), Gate (Basidiomycota), Asia (Basidiomycotina), Gang (Layers; Hymenomycetes), and Head ( From the order "Aphyllophorales", family (Hericium), genus (Hericium), and species (H. erinaceus). Hericium erinaceus β-glucan (HEBG) and α-glucan (LEBG) are polysaccharides linked by D-glucose monomers via glycosylated linkages. In this study, Hericium erinaceus was used as the raw material to extract the β-glucan from Hericium erinaceus by hot water extraction and assisted in crushing. The single factor experiment was used to optimize the extraction process conditions.

In addition, some of their physicochemical properties and their application in China were studied to provide scientific references for the development of anti-tumor and immunomodulators, anti-gastric ulcer agents, and hypoglycemic agents, and attract more scholars' attention.In addition, it is worth mentioning that the "erinaceus" epithet is still considered by the software as a misspelling.
