摘要: 目的:探究赤芍与白芍炮制品与地黄配伍时芍药苷含量的差异。方法:将白芍的各种炮制品和赤芍与生地、熟地配伍后,以水煎煮提取方法提取芍药苷,并采用RP—HPLC方法建立测定赤芍和牡丹皮白芍中芍药苷含量的方法。结果:芍药配伍地黄后芍药苷含量增加;熟地对生白芍和麸炒白芍的增溶作用大于生地,最佳配伍比例为1:2;生地、熟地对酒白芍和赤芍的增溶作用相似,最佳配伍比例为1:3;地黄对赤芍的增溶作用比对白芍的增溶作用显著。结论:芍药配伍地黄使用过程中,药材种类、炮制方法及配伍比例都会使其药效成分芍药苷的含量受到影响。29695 毕业论文关键词:白芍;赤芍;芍药苷;配伍;高效液相
Preliminary study on the effect of the processed products of Radix Rehmanniae and radix paeoniae alba on the extraction rate of paeoniflorin
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the difference of paeoniflorin content between Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Alba processed with Radix rehmanniae..Methods:The HPLC method was adopted to determine the paeoniflorin content in water decoction which extracted from peony of various processed products and red peony root combined with Processed Radix Rehmanniae and Prepared Radix Rehmanniae.Results:Combining Peony with Radix Rehmanniae increased the content of paeoniflorin; The solubilization of Prepared Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Alba was greater than that of Rehmannia glutinosa, and the optimum proportion of compatibility was 1:2;The effect of Rehmannia glutinosa and Rehmannia glutinosa on the solubilization of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Alba was similar to that of Radix Paeoniae Alba. The best compatibility ratio was 1: 3.The solubilization effect of Radix Rehmanniae on Radix Paeoniae Rubra was significant.Conclusion:Peony compatibility to Radix Rehmanniae when the type of medicine, processing methods and compatibility ratio will make the content of paeoniflorin affected.
