摘要:研究外源17β-雌二醇对蚂蟥生殖细胞发育的影响。用不同浓度17β-雌二醇(1µg﹒L-1,10µg﹒L-1,50µg﹒L-1,100µg﹒L-1,200µg﹒L-1)水浴养殖二月龄的蚂蟥40d,通过石蜡切片和电镜技术观察蚂蟥性腺组织形态,用高效液质联用仪定性定量內源激素含量。结果表明,不同浓度17β-雌二醇对卵巢的发育均有一定的促进作用,低浓度促进精巢的发育、高浓度抑制;17β-雌二醇均能提高蚂蟥体内雌二醇、雌三醇、睾丸酮、孕酮等激素,但对每种激素的促进程度不同,而且,不同浓度梯度的17β-雌二醇对同种內源激素的促进程度也有差别。29600 毕业论文关键词:17β-雌二醇;蚂蟥;性腺发育;石蜡切片;HPLC-MS
Effects of exogenous 17β estradiol on germ cell development in Whitmania pigra Whitman
Abstract:To study the effect of exogenous 17β estradiol on germ cell development of Whitmania pigra Whitman. Twenty-four days of W.Pigra were cultured in water baths with different concentrations of 17β-estradiol (1µg﹒L-1,10µg﹒L-1,50µg﹒L-1, 100µg﹒L-1,200µg﹒L-1). The morphology of W.Pigra gland was observed by paraffin section and electron microscopy. Qualitative and Quantitative Endogenous Hormone Content by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The results showed that 17β-estradiol could promote the development of ovary, and the low concentration could promote the development of testis and high concentration. 17β-estradiol could increase estradiol, estriol, Testosterone, progesterone and other hormones, but the degree of promotion of each hormone is different, and different concentrations of gradient 17β-estradiol on the same kind of endogenous hormone promotion degree is also different.
