Abstract：To evaluate the safety of halofuginone hydrobromide pre-blends in target animal chickens,the experiment was administered at a recommended dose of 1,3,5 times for 42 days.Through the weight gain of the chicken,hematology and hematology and histopathological examination to understand the dose-response curve of the test drug in chickens, from effective dose to toxic effects; to understand the clinical response characteristics of the drug dose of chicken; to understand the effective dose of the test drug , Recommended dose and poisoning dose on the target animal pathology and physiological and biochemical indicators of the changes in characteristics, to evaluate the halofuginone hydrobromide on chicken safety. The results showed that there were no significant differences in hematological and hematological indexes between the experimental group and the control group. There were no obvious abnormal changes in the organs and organs of the autopsy. There was no pathological changes in histological examination, However, when the concentration of drug in the feed exceeds a certain concentration, it will affect the daily feeding of chickens and the daily gain of chickens, even can make chickens behave differently.Therefore, it is necessary to mix the homogeneity evenly in clinical application.

引言
鸡球虫是严重的禽病之一[1]，常感染雏鸡，严重时可使鸡血便，出血甚至大量死亡，据估计，每年损失可达20亿英镑[2]。氢溴酸常山酮是由美国氰胺公司于1964年人工合成的，由于氢溴酸常山酮广谱低毒，无交叉耐药，上市后被大量使用[3]。虽然该药具有广阔的市场，但在其长期使用的安全性却没有文献报道。前期试验证明，该药抗球虫指数高达以上，具有高效抗球虫效果[4][5]。为了进一步掌握该药物的各项数据，做好深入研究其作用机理前的准备工作，并为临床合理用药提供指导，从而提出受试药物的不良反应、防治措施及临床应用时的注意事项。
