摘要:肝素是一类抗凝血药物,在体内外都有抗凝血作用,现在还是心血管和血栓栓塞性疾病的首选药 ,对其含量的检测具有十分重要的意义。本文主要介绍在无水条件下,以DBD-F、C7H10N2O2S•HCI及三乙胺为主要原料合成出一种荧光小分子探针,并对该物质的荧光特性进行初步的探究与表征,结果显示该物质在不同溶剂中都显示荧光,且荧光强度随着溶剂的不同而改变,与我们的设想基本一致。34895 毕业论文关键词:肝素、探针、检测方法
Preliminary study on heparin probe synthesis
Abstract: Heparin is a class of anti-clotting drugs. It’s has anticoagulant both in vivo and vitro. Until now, it’s the best choose for cardiovascular and thromboembolic disease. To detect the content of heparin is very meaningful. In this paper, we mainly discuss the synthesis of a fluorescent molecular probe which is reacting based on DBD-F、C7H10N2O2S•HCI and triethylamine at room temperature. We research and characterize the fluorescence of this substance. A conclusion can be drown that this substance will show fluorescence in different solvents. And it’s fluorescent intensity changed with dissolvent. Obviously, it’s correspond with our assumption.
