摘要:本文利用负指数函数原理并引入特征系数ω对本实验室原有的欧氏距离相似度算法进行改进,提出了指纹图谱相似度新算法,使其数值范围在(0-1)之间,对不同中药质量评价有统一的评价阈值,符合《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》的规定。将新算法应用于香丹注射液和金银花药材两种中药的质量评价,结果与实际一致,表明该算法可以较好的评价中药质量,可用于中药质量的控制。38396 毕业论文关键词:指纹图谱、质量评价、相似度、金银花药材、香丹注射液
Improve an algorithm of similarity between chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicines
Abstract: This paper proposed a new similarity algorithm between chromatographic fingerprints to improve the original Euclidean distance similarity algorithm that our laboratory has by using negative exponential function principle and introducing a characteristic coefficient ω. The output value of the new algorithm was in the range of (0-1) and had a unified evaluation threshold value to different kind of traditional Chinese medicines to conform the regulations of ‘The fingerprint technical specifications of traditional Chinese medicine injections (provisional)’. Let the new algorithm apply to xiangdan injection and honeysuckle’s quality detection. The results are consistent with the practice. The new method provides more rationality and practicability in TCM quality control and analysis compare to existing method.
