摘要重金属污染对水产动物有较大的危害,这也一直是动物界关心的重点问题之一。本文研究的是金属离子镉铅对中华新米虾(Neocaridina denticulata sinensis) 的联合毒性影响。首先进行单一毒性实验,测定出镉和铅离子分别对中华新米虾24h,48h,72h和96h的LC50值。接下来进行联合毒性实验,根据Marking的相加指数法,将镉铅离子以浓度比1:1的浓度配比形成混合毒物,将中华新米虾(Neocaridina denticulata sinensis)放入混合液中培养24h、48h、72h和96h。结果表明:在室温条件下,镉铅混合液对中华新米虾(Neocaridina denticulata sinensis)24h的LC50为8 mg/L,48h的LC50为1.6 mg/L,72h的LC50为1 mg/L,96h的LC50为0.9 mg/L,另外将联合毒性数据与单一毒性数据进行对比发现,相加指数在各个时间段都大于零,表明镉铅离子联合具有协同作用,即镉铅共存时具有使毒性增强的作用。43642

  Joint Toxicity Test of Heavy Meatal Ions Lead and Cadmium to Neocaridina denticulata sinensis

Abstract

Heavy metal pollution have been considered as one of the most significant problems in animal field, with great harm to aquatic livestock. The research aimed to study the effect of joint toxicity on heavy mental ions lead and cadmium to Neocaridina denticulata sinensis. In the single toxicity test, measuring the median lethal concentration(LC50) of cadmium and lead ions for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h to Neocaridina denticulata sinensis respectively. And in the joint toxicity testing, according to the Marking of additive index method, the toxicity of Cd and Pb ions ratio of 1: 1 concentration ratio to form the mixed poison. and put the Neocaridina denticulata sinensis into mixture for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h. The results showed that, under normal condition, the median lethal concentration (LC50) of the mixture of cadmium and lead ions to Neocaridina denticulata sinensis for 24 h is 8 mg/L, 48 h of the LC50 is 1.6 mg/L, 72 h of LC50 is 1 mg/L; 96 h of the LC50 of 0.9 mg/L. In addition, the joint toxicity data compared with single toxicity data was found that mixtures of andcadmium and cadmium are synergistic action. It means mixtures of and cadmium and cadmium has to make toxic effect of enhanced coexistence.
