摘要在近代化学的新兴学科超分子化学中,近年来,卟啉衍生物的组装是研究的一个热点。本论文以邻硝基苯甲醛为原料合成制备了α,α,α,α-H2TamPP,并引入四条含有18个碳原子的烷基长链,通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱,高分辨质谱等表征确认了其结构。卟啉是一种平面共轭结构,可以利用它设计、制备一些超分子组装结构,我们研究了所合成的卟啉衍生物在不同溶剂中通过氢键、π-π堆积、疏水作用力等非共价键作用下驱动的自组装行为,并通过透射电子显微镜研究了所形成组装体的一些形貌。这些组装体的形貌受到溶剂、浓度等条件的影响。48349 毕业论文关键词: 超分子化学;卟啉衍生物;自组装
Abstract Supramolecular chemistry is the emerging discipline of modern chemistry, and self-assembly of porphyrin derivatives is the recent hot research field. In this thesis, we synthesized α,α,α,α-H2TamPP from 2-nitobenzaldehyde, and then introduced four 18-carbon alkyl chains to form a new porphyrin derivative, which was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. Porphyrin can be designed and prepared to construct supramolecular self-assemblies, owing to its planar conjugated structure. We studied the self-assembly behavior of the synthesized porphyrin derivative, driven by the non-covalent forces such as hydrogen-bonding, π-π stacking, hydrophobic forces. These self-assembles varies from each other as the concentration and solvent used are different.
