摘要在这个社会高速发展,科技飞速革新的时代,人们都在努力的工作学习,承担着很大的压力。目前世界现状是患者数量远超过医生能够治疗的数量,并且很多时候患者由于地理因素或者经济因素而不能及时得到有效的治疗,这成为了一个非常棘手的问题。越来越多的医学领域工作者在逐渐开发着一代又一代的医疗康复机器人或者是虚拟环境的康复软件系统。鉴于这种情况,本文根据学校实验室的条件研制了一套肢体功能训练的虚拟环境任务。8391
本论文基于Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 集成开发平台,利用OpenGL 和MFC图形开发技术,设计开发了康复虚拟训练场景。这两个虚拟任务要求使用者具有一定的上肢行动能力。此外,本文还通过合作课题研究了上肢功能障碍患者的机动功能评估方法,基本能够满足国内外对于脑中风患者病人的康复训练与病况评估。

Title TASK DESIGN IN HAPTIC VIRTUAL ENVIROMNMENT FOR STROKE PATIENTS FOR REHABILITATION
Abstract
People are struggling learning and working in this society and new age with high speed development,so we all get a lot of pressure everyday.It has become a difficult problem all over the world,which means more pressure.The amount of patients are always more than that of doctors.Even if they get a chance to find a doctor to treat them,mostly will they give up the chance just because of the economic or geography factors,which makes it harder to efficiently reduce the amount of sick persons.According to this situation,I did some research about designing a virtual environment training system of limb function rehabilitation.
Based on Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0,using OpenGL and MFC graphics technology,I design and develop some virtual scene of rehabilitation training missions.Both the two missions require basic upper limbs function.I also do some research about motor function assessment about stroke patients' upper limb dysfunction through a cooperation thesis.It can basically solve the problems of rehabilitation training and assessment for those stroke patients.Besides With a series of scientific methods,it can easily get a function assessment of a stroke patient.
