摘要超分子聚合物就是将高分子化学与超分子化学相结合,是由高分子或者小分子通过非共价键自组装形成的。除具有传统高分子特征外,超分子聚合物拓扑结构的形成和功能化依赖于非共价键相互作用力。在过去三十年内,人们基于各种非共价键相互作用,如氢键、金属配位、主-客体相互作用、电荷转移、π-π叠加,构建了不同种类和不同拓扑结构的超分子聚合物。目前,超分子聚合物的研究已从超分子聚合物的制备,表征及固有特性的研究,逐渐转向对其功能化的研究,这对超分子聚合物的应用具有非常重要的意义。71030

为此,本文主要目的是将荧光引入到超分子聚合物中,构建荧光超分子聚合物以赋予超分子聚合物新的功能,从而拓展超分子聚合物的应用范围。我们设计合成了两端是苯并24-冠-8,中间含四苯乙烯(TPE)基团的小分子。该分子两端的冠醚基团可以与二季铵盐发生主-客体相互作用形成线型超分子聚合物;此外,由于超分子聚合物的构建会导致具有聚集诱导发光效应(AIE效应)的TPE基团发生聚集,因此赋予了该线型超分子聚合物较强的荧光性能。

Abstract Supramolecular polymers, obtained as a result of the integration of polymer science and supramolecular chemistry, is formed by self-assembly of the polymers’ or molecules’ non-covalent bonds. Compared with the traditional polymers, supramolecular polymers not only have the traditional polymers’ properties, but also their topological structure and functionalization are based on the non-covalent interactions. In the past three decades, many supramolecular polymers with different types and topological structures have been constructed based on the different intermolecular noncovalent interactions, such as hydrogen bonding, metal coordination, host-gust interactions, charge transfer and π-stacking. Nowadays, the research of supramolecular polymers has gradually changed from preparation, characterization and inherent characteristics of supramolecular polymers to the study of their functionalization, which is very important for the application of supramolecular polymers.

Based on all above of those, the major goal of this dissertation is introducing the fluorophore into supramolecular polymers to construct fluorescent supramolecular polymers, which endows these new properties and expands the application of supramolecular polymers. So, based on these,we designed and synthesized a monomer which has a TPE core with two dibenzo-24-crown-8 (DB24C8) units at ends. By utilizing the host-gust interaction between DB24C8 and dibenzylammonium (DBA) units, a supramolecular polymer was obtained. Moreover, the formation of the supramolecular polymer resulted in the aggregation of the tetraphenylethylene (TPE) group with aggregation induced emission (AIE effect) properties, which endowed this system with strong fluorescence at high concentrations.
