摘要自发现嗜热菌以来的近30年里,世界各国科学家不断从陆地温泉和深海海底温泉等高温生态环境分离到许多新的、生长温度更高的高温菌、超高温菌,大约70个属140种。并采用最先进的研究手段对这些高温菌的分类、生理、生化、生态、遗传、生物工程等进行了广泛深入的研究。但是对于从高温生态环境中分离可以产生抑菌物质的嗜热菌这一方向,目前还没有人涉及,如果能够成功,将会对社会又一大贡献。 72224

本实验以浙江海底的海泥和学校的一些环境中采集的泥土为样品,从中筛选和分离嗜热菌,利用与大肠杆菌(以下简称E。coli)产生的抑菌圈现象筛选出可以产生抗生素的菌株,然后对其所产生的抑菌物质的一些性质和其结构、理化性质进行初步的鉴定。结果:出现不明显抑菌圈,筛选出了疑似菌株,对其进行划线、分离纯化,等待鉴定。

Isolation and identification of synthetic antibiotic thermophiles

Abstract

Since found that thermophiles nearly 30 years, Scientists from all over the world have isolated many new, high temperature bacteria, which grow at a higher temperature from the high temperature environment, such as the hot springs of the land and the deep sea hot springs,  about 70 genera and 70 species。 Using the most advanced research method ,Scientists have carried on the extensive and deep research to the classification of the high temperature bacteria, such as  physiological, biochemical, ecological, genetic, biological engineering and so on 。But for the separation of thermophilic bacteria which can produce antimicrobial substances from high temperature environment, there is no one involved 。 if successful, it will make a great contribution to society。

This experiment take Zhejiang subsea mud and soil samples from some school environment, screening and isolation of thermophilic bacteria。 Bacterial strain which can produce antibiotics was screened out by the inhibition zone produced by thermophilic bacteria and E。coli (hereinafter referred to as E。coli)。Then some properties and structure, physical and chemical properties of the antibacterial substances produced by them were preliminarily identified。Results: there was no obvious inhibition zone, screening out the suspected strains, the line, separation and purification, waiting for identification。Then the suspected strains were crossed, separated and purified, waiting for identification。
