摘要超声波电机是利用逆压电效应使定子机体产生柔性波动,进而在定子表面质点的振动摩擦作用下将振动能耦合成转子的转矩输出。柱体超声波电机结构和工艺相对简单,容易实现批量化生产,成为超声波电机中最容易实现产业化的一种。
以柱体摇头型超声波电机为研究对象,进行电机的阻频特性计算及分析。研究的主要内容可概括如下:在研究并掌握柱体摇头型超声波电机的工作原理的基础上,利用ANSYS进行有限元分析的方法,根据图纸在ANSYS中建立柱体超声波电机定子有限元模型,进行谐响应分析,并对仿真结果进行分析,获取电机的阻频特性曲线。10862

Title The resistance of the cylinder ultrasonic motor frequency characteristics calculation
Abstract
The ultrasonic motor stator body to produce flexible volatility is to use the inverse piezoelectric effect, and then in the vibration of the stator surface particle friction, vibration can be coupled into the rotor’s torque output. Cylinder ultrasonic motor structure and process is relatively simple, easy to implement mass production, the ultrasonic motor is most likely to achieve the industrialization.
Cylinder shaking head ultrasonic motor is an object of researching, calculate the motor resistance and Frequency characteristic. The main content of the study can be summarized as follows: using ANSYS finite element analysis method and master cylinder shaking head type ultrasonic motor works on the basis of the study, established in ANSYS finite element model of the cylinder ultrasonic motor stator according to the drawings, carry out harmonic response analysis, and simulation results are analyzed to obtain the resistance of the motor frequency response curve.
