摘要本课题主要研究耐高温陶瓷材料辐射率的计算。基于耐高温结构陶瓷的内部物理特性,利用一文区域离散法,结合热辐射传递方程和热辐射能量方程,建立了耐高温陶瓷材料内部传热过程的数学物理模型。利用有限差分法和迭代运算进行辐射率的求解,得到三种不同的求解方法,基于软件MATLAB进行编程求解,利用氧化锆样品已知数据验证了程序计算结果的精确度,对误差进行分析,并探究了改变样品下表面辐射率、折射率、样品厚度对发射率计算的影响。19296

Title Investigation on measurement experiment of emissivity of high-temperature-resistance ceramic samples
Abstract
This research is a contribution to the emissivity calculation of
high-temperature-resistance ceramic. Mathematical-physical model of heat
transfer process in high-temperature-resistance ceramic is set up based
on the internal physical properties of high-temperature-resistance
ceramic,by using thermal radiation transfer equation,thermal radiation
energy equation and the one-dimensional regional discrete method. The
emissivity is solved by using finite difference method and iterative
computation. MATLAB is used in this research. Three different programming
methods is presented. To verify the accuracy of the program solution,
related data of zirconia sample is used. The effect of changing emissivity
of the bottom, refractive index and thickness of the sample to the
emissivity calculation is also explored.
