摘要二文2D 激光传感器是测量物体表面二文信息的激光传感器,它可以准确的获取物体表面的轮廓信息,进而可以得到物体表面的宽度、高度等信息。2D 激光位移传感器以其小尺寸、高频率,高精度,几乎可在任何环境条件下测量等优点,作为精密测量仪器在铁路行业应用十分广泛。
本文首先简述了2D 激光位移传感器的研究背景,然后阐述了 LJ-V7080 的产品性能,在第二章说明了传感器测量时参数设置过程,第三章以导轨为例进行阴榫阳榫参数设置的详细说明,第四章则利用VC++软件编写了人机界面, 依据RS232 通信协议编写了通信程序将传感器数据读入计算机,最后,对 2D 激光位移传感器的发展方向提出了展望。 21137 毕业论文关键词:2D 激光 传感器检测 串口通信 人机界面
Title 2D laser displacement sensor measurement applications
Abstract
2D laser sensor is a laser sensor that can measure the two-dimensional
surface information of the objects. It can obtain accurate surface contour
information of the width, height and others.2D Laser Displacement Sensor
with small-size, high-frequency and high-precision, almost can be measured
in any conditions. Because of precision measuring instruments, it is widely
used in the railway industry.
This paper first introduces the background of 2D laser displacement
sensor and then describes the performance of the LJ-V7080.In chapter 2
describes the parameter setting process of sensor. The chapter 3 uses guide
as a example to illustrate Yin Yang tenon joints parameter settings in
details. The chapter 4 uses VC + + software to programme the human-machine
interface, and writes a communication program which aims to read the data
from sensor into the computer according to the RS232 communication
protocol. Finally, this paper proposes the future of 2D Laser Displacement Sensor.
