Design of Solar Energy Water Heater Control System
Abstract: Aiming at the drawbacks of current domestic solar water heaters such as complicated operation and inconvenient control characteristics, this topic designs a automatic control system of the water level and water temperature of the solar water heater of measurement and control. It is with the single chip processor as the core, the temperature detection circuit used by DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, and by placing electrodes contact sensor measuring water level in the tank, using the LCD1602 and leds to show the water temperature and water level, through the electric auxiliary heating and solenoid valve to realize the function of automatic heating and automatic water electromagnetic. This system has realized the intelligent control of the solar energy water heater.

引言
目前，太阳能热水器还一直处于研究与开发阶段，市场上很多在售的太阳能热水器只具备温度和水位显示功能，而不具备温度水位的自动控制功能。即使有的热水器配有电加热辅助装置，但却不是自动的，遇到阴雨天气无法正常使用，特别是在冬天光线较弱时不能及时自动启动电加热装置，只好等几个小时才能洗澡，而且只能通过手动的方法来控制水位，给用户使用带来许多不便。开发一种控制方便，操作灵活的太阳能热水器自动控制系统，已经成为当务之急。

1.1 太阳能热水器的发展概况
随着全球传统能源供应的日趋紧张，新能源不仅受到众多企业的追捧，也受到国家和各级政府的高度重视，其中太阳能产业尤其备受青睐。目前我国已成为世界上最大的太阳能热水器生产国和使用国，仅力诺瑞特一家企业的年推广集热器面积就相当于整个欧盟安装面积的总和，北美的两倍。据太阳能协会公布的数据显示，2009年我国太阳能热水器年产量突破4000万平方米，占世界的50%，其保有量达1.45亿平方米，占全世界总量的70%左右。在世界范围内，太阳能技术已很成熟，并已形成行业，正在以优良的性能不断地冲击电热水器市场和燃气热水器市场。
