The Minimum Single-Chip Design and Development of Industrial Control System
Abstract:The minimum system of the single-chip computer is controlled by the SCM device, the expansion of other industrial components which can be conveniently used in industry, and significantly reduce the costs. This article describes the minimum single-chip industrial system application, analyzes the overall system design process and system framework, describing the minimum single-chip industrial control system hardware circuit to determine the various chips used in its functions and features, through a hardware circuit design , simulation software simulation, and finally in the actual design of the test platform, to achieve real-time detection of temperature with four digital tube display or LCD, high and low temperature alarm, body sensor monitoring and other functions.

引 言

由于单片机技术越来越广泛的潜入到我们的生活当中,单片机的功能及种类在很短时间内有了很快的发展,功能更高更强的单片机种类不断相继推出,从早期的89系列发展到现在的ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)、DSP(Digital Signal Processing),电子产品的更新换代促使着更强功能、更高性能、甚至更节能的产品的研发,我们的生活更趋近智能化、高效化,针对这些情况,设计一款工控最小系统很有必要,AT89S51是一款高性能、低功耗的单片机,用它设计最小工控系统不仅成本低、硬件简单,而且易实现各种扩展功能。
