Research on single-phase smart meter
Abstract：The structure and properties of watt-hour meter need to be continuously improved and perfected with the development of power industry and the continuous improvement of the power management system. The single phase intelligent electric meter designed in this paper is mainly composed of the microprocessor AT89S52 chip CS5460A watt-hour meter, display circuit, storage circuit, keyboard circuit and front-end signal processing circuit. Processed by the front-end signal, grid signal is sent to CS5460A for switch and calculation. Then the calculation result is transmitted to MCU AT89S52 which controls the display of OCMJ4X8CM and stores the result with X5045 as a core. In addition, you can use the keyboard module to materialize client-side control function. The simulation results show that the intelligent meter’s design scheme is feasible with a reasonable circuit module design, higher accurate measuring, and standard technical indicators meet the requirements which can satisfy the basic needs of users.

引言
智能电表是智能电网的智能终端，随着人们生活水平的提高，电力需求的增大，窃电等电量流失现象加剧，且目前国内智能电表功能相对单一，不能有效测量电力数据，给智能电网的构建带来了一定的阻力，所以智能电表的研究很有必要[1]。本课题研究的智能电表除了具备传统电能表基本用电量的测量功能以外，它还具数据存储功能、用户端控制功能、防窃电功能等智能化的功能，以适应智能电网和新能源的使用和发展需要[2]。
