摘要: 随着科学技术日新月异的变化,机床发展正朝着数字化,自动化方向发展。因此数控龙门铣床有着巨大的发展空间和潜力,操作盘电气仪表工程设计主要任务是熟悉内部各元件之间的连接关系,设计一个包含所有元件的电器柜。完成整个设计包括操作盘的设计、DCS系统的连接、电缆敷设于仪表的安装、供电仪表的设计和安全技术的问题。课题要求包括了解高精度数控龙门铣床的控制、掌握操作盘电气仪表系统方法的设计、掌握PLC数控系统的组成。数控技术也关系到我国高新制造业和尖端产业的发展前景,目前数控龙铣床的关键技术基本掌握在国外发达国家手中,我们应当大力促进高新制造业的发展。24412 毕业论文关键词: 数控技术 数控龙门铣床

Abstract:As the change of science and technology changes with each passing day, machine tool development is towards digitization, automation direction. Therefore CNC gantry milling machine has a huge development space and potential, panel electric instrument engineering design among components of the main task is familiar with the connection between the relationship, to design a contains all the components of the electrical cabinet. Complete the entire design including the design of the panel, DCS system connection, cable laying in instrumentation installation, power supply instrument design and the security technology. Subject requirement including high precision control of CNC gantry milling machine, to grasp the method of panel electric instrument system design, master the composition of PLC numerical control system. Numerical control technology is also related to our country high-tech manufacturing and cutting-edge industry development prospects, is the key technology of numerical control milling machine dragon basic in the hands of foreign developed countries, we should vigorously promote the development of high-tech manufacturing.
