Design of the Furnace Temperature of Heating Control System
Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the furnace has been widely applied to various fields. The requirements of the furnace temperature control in industrial production are also increasing. In order to achieve optimal performance Furnace Temperature Control System, improve control accuracy. In this paper, combined with the Single-loop and PID controller feedback structure to control the system, improved system performance, and on this basis introduced the Cascade Control System in contrast. Added a single-loop system allows the system to optimize the performance, improve the furnace temperature control system stability. Simulation results show that the Cascade Control System to better optimize the control system to improve system performance.
