摘要本文首先介绍了交交变换技术,三电平技术以及三电平技术在交交变换器中的应用。然后对高频链三电平交交变换器的电路拓扑结构进行了推导分析。以正激式三电平交-交变换器为主要研究内容,首先给出了正激式三电平直流变换器的拓扑,并对直流变换器进行了稳态分析和仿真模拟,然后以正激式三电平直流变换器为基础,提出了正激式三电平交流变换器。对正激式三电平交流变换器进行了开关模态分析,PWM控制策略研究,并对变换器模型进行了参数设置和元件选择,然后在 Pspice中进行仿真与分析,通过仿真实验验证了设计理论的可行性。25992 毕业论文关键词 三电平 交交直接变换 PWM 策略 正激
Title Analysis and Simulation of a new high frequency chain of three-level AC-AC converter
Abstract
This paper introduces the AC-AC conversion technology, three-level technology and
three-level technology in the AC-AC Converter. Then derived the high-frequency
chain three-level AC-AC converter circuit topology analysis.For Forward to
three-level AC-AC converter as the main research content, Firstly I put up Forward
three-level DC-DC converter topologies,Then I simulated and analyzed Forward DC-DC
converter's steady-state,and then propose Forward three-level AC-AC converter
based on Forward DC-DC converter.I carried out the switch model analysis and PWM
control strategy of Forward AC-AC converter.Then calculate the parameters of the
converter.Making the choice of the circuit element.At last I simulated and analyzed
the converter in Pspice, and simulation results show the feasibility of the design theory.
