摘 要:
仪器仪表分为很多种,这里主要对压力仪表的校验装置进行设计。在众多行 业的日常生产过程中,压力测量是必不可少的一个环节,而作为压力测量的主要 仪器,压力仪性能的好坏直接关系到了测量结果的准确程度。因此在企业的日常 生产活动中,需要对压力仪的精度进行实时地检测以保证压力仪的准确程度。此 次论文以满足压力仪的检测标准为目的,研制出了一款性质优良的压力自动检测 系统,从而实现压力压力仪的自动化检测。
本文的前半部分对当前较为流行的两种压力自动检测途径进行了详细地介 绍,其中这两者途径分别是以活塞式压力计为基础的和以压力传感器为基础的, 同时在此基础上提出了将这两种方法进行有效结合的思路,而且从运行机理、设 计思路以及在制造过程中设计到的技术方法等方面对该系统进行了详细的介绍。 该系统大致可以被划分成三个部分,分别是压力产生部分、标准压力部分和管控 展示部分。然后文章详细地介绍了该系统中的各构成模块,分别是:
(1)系统中产生的压力是通过电机驱动压力缸的途径来产生的;
(2)以精确系数非常高的压力传感器为基础,系统中的标准压力部分能够 对系统内部的压力值进行实时地监控并加以调整。
(3)系统的管控展示部分是以 PLC 设备和电脑来具体实现。 除此之外,本文还对系统在正常运行过程面临的千变万化的工作环境进行了
分析,决定选用 PID 技术来实现对压力的实时监控。 最后通过相应的科学实验证明了该系统能够很好地满足压力仪的校验要求,
而且能够让相应的压力自动到达校验过程中要求的标准值,从而有效地实现对该 系统的完善与优化。该系统的造压精确程度是 0.05%FS ,系统响应速度为 30s 左 右,满足了课题的设计要求。

Design of instrument and instrument verification experimental training device
Abstract:There are many kinds of instruments. The design of calibration devices for pressure instruments is mainly carried out here. In the daily production process of many industries, pressure measurement is an essential part, and as the main instrument of pressure measurement, the performance of the pressure gauge is directly related to the accuracy of the measurement results. Therefore, in the daily production activities of enterprises, it is necessary to detect the accuracy of the pressure gauge in real time to ensure the accuracy of the pressure gauge. In order to meet the testing standard of the pressure gauge, this paper developed a pressure automatic testing system with excellent properties, thus realizing the automatic test of pressure pressure meter.
In the first half of this paper, two ways of automatic pressure detection are introduced in detail. The two approaches are based on the piston pressure gauge and based on pressure sensors. On the basis of this, the ideas of the effective combination of the two methods are proposed. This system is introduced in detail in terms of rationale, design ideas and technical methods in the process of manufacturing. The system can be roughly pided into three parts, namely the pressure generation part, the standard pressure part and the control display section. Then the article introduces in detail the modules in the system.
(1) the pressure generated in the system is generated by means of a motor driven pressure cylinder.
(2) based on the high precision pressure sensor, the standard pressure part in the system can monitor and adjust the pressure value of the system in real time.
