摘要对于弹载制导等应用而言,研制的 MEMS 惯性传感器或 MEMS 惯性系统常常需要通过高冲击环境试验来衡量传感器或系统的抗高过载能力。为定量评价其过载能力,应用存储测试技术可以对待测器件或系统在试验过程中的冲击加速度进行全面的描述。 本文针对瞬态冲击加速度信号和高冲击环境试验的条件,设计了基于存储测试技术的小体积、低功耗的瞬态冲击加速度数据采集记录装置。该装置采用MSP430F2618 作为微控制器,选用AD7980 作为模/数转换器,采用 N25Q00AA串行NOR 型 FLASH 芯片作为数据存储器。该系统的性能指标为:采样速率为100kHz,采集时间大于 5分钟,采样分辨率为12位,具有RS-422通信接口,可以将存储数据上传到上位机。 本论文介绍了系统总体设计方案、系统的硬件电路设计以及软件设计。测试表明,设计完成的系统已达到了性能指标。 27352 毕业论文关键词 存储测试技术 采集记录装置 MSP430F2618 AD7980 N25Q00AA Title Design of Shock Acceleration Signal Acquisition and Storage Device Abstract MEMS inertial sensor or MEMS inertial system, developed for missile guidance or other applications, frequently need to measure their capacity against high overload through high impact test. In order to evaluate the anti-overload capacity quantitatively,the application of memory test technology can conduct a comprehensive description of the acceleration of the measuring devices or systems in the test process. That has a greater advantage, when compared with the traditional measurement method. For the transient impact acceleration signal and the conditions of high impact test, a transient impact acceleration data acquisition and storage device was introduced in the paper with small volume and low power consumption, which is based on memory test technology. MSP430F2618 was used as microcontroller in the device, serial NOR FLASH chip N25Q00AA as data storage, and AD7980 as the analog / digital converter. The system has features show by following: a sampling rate of 100kHz, more than 5 minutes acquisition time and the sampling resolution of 12 bits.
