摘要:总结了当下速射火炮一文的径向传热方面研究状况。并且本文根据射击时身管内的火药气体温度场高温瞬态冲击的特性,拟合出管内的火药气体温度曲线,同时推导出了瞬态一文轴对称传热的有限元差分方程,并且编写 MATLAB程序进行计算,从而得到射击时瞬态高温脉冲对管壁温度分布的影响。采用的模型是由前人提出的经典内弹道模型。比较了在不同热导率的身管中,温度分布场的改变,利用了圆柱轴对称模型,建立传热模型。最后提出了当下国内外火炮身管冷却的的各种方法。 27569 毕业论文关键词:速射武器;高温脉冲;温度分布;数值模拟.
Title The influence of high temperature impulse on the temperature distribution of the tube wall
Abstract This article summarizes the research status of the radial heat transfer in one-dimensional artillery. According to fire tube body in the propellant gas temperature field transient high temperature impact characteristics, tube temperature curve of gunpowder gas is figured out. Meanwhile the axisymmetric one-dimensional transient heat transfer finite element differential equations are deduced, and a matlab program was written to calculate, thus to firing temperature transient pulse on the tube wall temperature distribution. The model used is the classical interior ballistic model proposed by the former. The change of temperature distribution field in different heat conduction tubes is compared, and the heat transfer model is established by using a cylindrical axisymmetric model.
