摘要随着稀土永磁材料钕铁硼( NdFeB )性价比的不断提高,与异步电机相比永磁同步电机( PM )以其结构简单、高效率、高功率因数的特点,应用越来越广泛,在国内外均以惊人的速度发展,因此,具有重要的研究意义。本文以掌握永磁电机的结构和运行特性及其分析方法为目的,使用Ansoft有限元计算软件在Maxwell 2D模块建立内嵌式永磁电机模型,并对其采用有限元法进行电磁特性分析和计算。 论文首先对永磁电机的发展、应用及研究现状进行了介绍,接着提出了本文的研究内容。对内嵌式永磁同步电机,通过电磁场的分析计算,了解气隙磁密波形,定子齿和轭的磁密,主磁通,漏磁通,反电动势,电感,转矩等电磁参数,分析其结果。30929 毕业论文关键词 嵌入式永磁同步电机 有限元分析 电磁特性 Ansoft 软件
Title Electromagnetic Characteristics Analysis of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine using Finite Element Method
Abstract With the rare earth permanent magnetic materials of NdFeB performance-price ratio of the continuous improvement, compared to asynchronous motors, permanent magnet synchronous motor with its simple structure, high efficiency, high power factor characteristics more widely, were developing with the surprising rapidity at home and abroad. Therefore, it has important research significance. In this paper, for the purpose of mastering permanent magnet motor structure and operating characteristics and analysis method, use the Maxwell 2D module in Ansoft finite element calculation software establishes the interior permanent magnet motor model,and analysis and calculate the electromagnetic characteristics of this model by finite element method. This paper firstly introduces the development, application and research status of permanent magnet motor, and then puts forward the research content of this paper. For interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), through the calculation of the electromagnetic field analysis, understand the electromagnetic parameters of air gap flux density waveform, stator teeth and yoke magnetic dense, main magnetic flux and magnetic flux leakage, back electromotive force, inductance and so on , and analysis the results of this parameters.
