摘要:天然气是绿色、清洁能源,颇受青睐。天然气处理厂是开发、利用天然气不可或缺的重要环节。要使天然气处理厂平稳、安全、高效、高质量的运转,必须要有一套完整、可靠的测量和控制系统,该系统也应该具有良好的人机接口。本文针对某一实际的天然气处理厂,利用西门子PCS7,采用三层通讯网络把过程控制系统(PCS)、紧急停车系统(ESD)和火气系统(FGS)以及人机界面联结起来,构成了一个完整、安全、全面、可靠的监控系统方案。并重点描述了PID控制回路和整定,最后对系统各部分的可靠性做出了分析和计算。5973

The Integrated Computer Monitoring and Control System Design of Natural Gas Treatment Plant
Abstract:Natural gas is a kind of green and clean energy, which is quite popular. Natural gas treatment plant is the indispensable important link in the development and utilization of natural gas. To make the natural gas treatment plant run smoothly, safely, high-efficiently and with high quality, there must have a complete and reliable monitoring and control system. The system also should have good man-machine interface. This article is specific to the actual natural gas treatment plant, which is based on SIEMENS PCS 7. It connects process control system (PCS), emergency shutdown (ESD) and fire and gas system (FGS) with the man-machine interface together, adopting three layers of communications network, and constituting a complete, safe, comprehensive and reliable monitoring system solution program. It describes the PID control loop and tuning, and makes the analysis and calculation to various parts of the system reliability at last.
