摘 要:本设计以转换速率非常高的THS3001以及可变压控增益放大器AD8367运算放大器为重要器件,本设计使信号经过严格的三级处理,其中包括有前级缓冲,中间级放大、后级放大和直流稳压电源模块等。经过对信号的处理进行放大,放大信号的功率,提高了后继电路对信号的接受效率。射频跨带放大器的前级缓冲电路对信号的频率范围进行筛选,起到了滤波器的作用,并且通过设计达到输入阻抗匹配的目的。利用AD8367设计本系统的增益放大电路模块从而达到系统对信号增益的调节。35001 毕业论文关键词:AD8367;阻抗匹配;THS3001;射频放大器

Abstract: The design of the conversion rate is very high voltage-controlled variable gain amplifier THS3001 and AD8367 operational amplifier is an important device, the design of the signal rigorous tertiary treatment, which includes pre-buffer, an intermediate stage amplification, amplification and DC level power supply module. After treatment of the amplified signal, the amplified signal power and improve the efficiency of the subsequent circuit receives the signal. Pre-buffer circuit of the frequency range of the signal filtering, played the role of the filter, and the purpose of the input impedance matching by design. Design utilizing AD8367 gain amplifier module of the system to achieve the system to signal gain adjustment.
