摘要:本设计是以AT89C51单片机为核心的蓄电池性能检测装置,可以实现这些要求:1.通过放电过程测量电池的容量;2.测量电压动态值;3.可以切换显示电池容量和电压值;4.测量结束之后有提示。为了检测蓄电池的端电压,需要对电池端电压进行采样(小电流放电),使得测得的电压值更精确。为了检测蓄电池的容量,还需要对电池电流进行采样(大电流恒定放电,放电电流为3A-4.5A)。集成运算放大器组成了恒流放电电路,其结构简单,调整方便,能够确保恒定的放电电流,从而确保了能够准确地检测容量。实时测量电压并在屏幕上显示出来,放电到10.5V就结束放电。不需要人工计算,显示器会实时显示当前所放出的容量,并计算出容量。本设计使用的是AT89C51单片机,整个系统的硬件构成比较简单,其主要功能都是由软件编程来实现的,所以体积小、可靠性高、测量方便、显示直观、价格便宜。36430 毕业论文关键词: 蓄电池;容量检测;恒流放电
The design of the battery performance detection device
Abstract:The design is a battery performance detection device which is based on AT89C51 micro controller can achieve the following requirements: 1.battery capacity measurement by battery discharge; 2.measuring dynamic value of voltage; 3.can switch display the battery capacity / voltage; 4.alarm after the end of a measure. In order to detect the battery voltage, the voltage of the battery sample (small current discharge), makes the measured voltage value more accurate.In order to detect the capacity of the battery, also need to battery current sampling (high constant current discharge, the discharge current is 3A - 4.5A).Constant exile electric circuit integrated operational amplifier, its structure is simple, easy to adjust, ensures a constant discharge current, to ensure that can accurately detect capacity.Real time measure the voltage and displayed on the screen, discharge to the discharge end of 10.5V.Do not need artificial calculation, display real-time display the current capacity of the energy that is released, and calculate the capacity.This design USES AT89C51, the hardware structure of the whole system is simple, its main function is implemented by software programming, so small size, high reliability and convenient measurement, display visual, cheap.
