摘要 家用多功能跑步机是一种快捷、方便、安全可靠的室内健身器材。随着人们健康意识的提高与追求高品质生活,促使多功能跑步机的功能更加完善和强大。 此次设计的任务为使用已学的电路和制图编程方面的知识掌握跑步机的设计原理及设计方案,并能够设计出相关的硬件结构框图、电路原理图和软件设计流程图。设计中使用 CAD 制图进行部分零件和总体结构的设计,利用电路知识进行布局布线。设计中通过大量的阅读和查看,对跑步机有深一步的认识和理解。由于家用跑步机的特殊性,安全和文护修理也十分重要。 论文根据跑步机驱动控制系统的功能要求,给出了总体的设计方案。重点研究了逆变器和驱动电路,分析了采用自举驱动存在的问题,确定了以μPD78F1213 单片机作为电路核心,以智能模块(IPM)作为逆变电路核心的基本硬件结构。 37432 毕业论文关键词:跑步机 单片机 变频器 调速控制

The design task to use have learned of the circuit and the graphics programming knowledge to master the design principle and the design scheme of treadmill.And can design the hardware structure diagram, circuit diagram and software design flow chart.CAD were used in the design drawing some of the parts and the overall structure of the design,By using the circuit knowledge layout and wiring,Finally the use of programming knowledge simulation.Domestic and foreign brand structure and style in the design of reference,step on the treadmill has deep knowledge and understanding.Due to the special nature of home treadmill, safety and maintenance and repair is also very important.
