摘 要:红外测温仪设计的主要目的是设计出一个可以快速测量环境和目标温度的智能设备,它主要由红外热释电传感器、温度传感器、放大电路、A / D转换电路、时钟电路、显示电路等部分。使用LM358放大器芯片、A / D转换芯片,核心设备采用AT89S51单片机,红外热释传感器,温度传感器DS18B20。红外温度计是利用红外传感器的热辐射测量目标获取,通过红外传感器的转换电路将光信号转换成电信号,然后电信号通过放大电路、A / D转换器等单元电路处理后送入单片机,单片机将带有数据信息的电信号处理,然后把电信号转化为温度大小显示输出。本设计可以在较短的时间内对目标和环境进行温度测量并通过显示屏进行显示。40435 毕业论文关键词:AT89S51;红外热释传感器;DS18B20;放大器LM358
The Design of the Infrared Thermometer
Abstract: The design of infrared thermometer is consisted of the design of pyroelectric infrared sensor, temperature transducer, amplification circuit, analog to digital converter, clock circuit and display circuit. The chips that are used in the design are LM358 amplifier chips and analog to digital converter chips. The design of key equipments adopts AT89S51 microcontroller, pyroelectric infrared sensor and DS18B20 temperature transducer.The infrared thermal radiation is captured by a detector, and a temperature transducer converts the radiant power to an electrical signal. Then the electrical signal will be processed by amplification circuit, analog to digital converter and then be sent to microcontroller. And the microcontroller will process the electric signal which can be displayed in units of temperature.
