摘要:针对家用电器在使用过程中,电路发生短路、过载等故障引起电流过大而不能及时断开电路而引起火灾的情况。本论文以STC89C51单片机为控制器,设计了一种能够根据电路中电流变化而自动作出判断的断电保护器,当电路中电流超过预设值时,单片机将驱动继电器作用切断电路,起到保护作用。本设计通过按键开关设定电流预设值,数码管显示预设值和采样所得的电流值。经过Proteus软件仿真,结果能够实现自动断电保护的功能。40439 毕业论文关键词:家用电器;断电保护器;51单片机;继电器
The Design of Household Appliances Power Protector
Abstract: To solve the problem of short circuit and over load when using the domestic appliances, an automatic power protection-off protection device is designed in the paper. The design of the application controller STC89C51 microcontroller which is designed to automatically power off protection, can automatically detect the change of current in a circuit. When the current in the circuit exceeds the preset value, the microcontroller driven sound and light alarm devices and relay off circuit, which play a protective role. In the design, the default current is set by keys, and the Nixie tube displays the default current and the sample. Using the Proteus software simulation, design results which can realize the function of auto power off protection can be obtained.
