摘 要:血液中的糖份称为血糖,绝大多数情况下都是葡萄糖。葡萄糖分子具有稳定的旋光特性,平面偏振光在旋光性物质的溶液中传播时,旋光物质会使光的振动面发生旋转。旋转的角度与偏振光所透过的液柱的长度和溶液的浓度成正比。所以根据偏振光的旋转角,就可以测出血液中葡萄糖的浓度。利用这种光学旋光的方法来检测血糖浓度是现今国际社会研究的热门课题,目的是为了实现对糖尿病患者进行无创、频繁、实时的血糖监测。本文基于光学旋光法,使用旋光仪设计了一套血液中血糖浓度的测量系统,并应用该系统测量了人体血液中的血糖浓度。测量结果与医院测量结果符合较好。40631 毕业论文关键词:血糖浓度;旋光法;偏振光
