摘要:目前我国的洗衣机的种类有很多,但在自动化、智能化方面还不能令人很满意。针对市场上的半自动洗衣机和紧靠控制洗衣时间来达到洗涤目的的自动洗衣机,本设计提出了一套完整的创新控制方案,以AT89C51为控制器,通过按键选择进水、洗涤、漂洗、排水和脱水等实现多种洗衣模式,实现自动化控制,利用浑浊度检测、数码管显示和蜂鸣器报警等来判断洗涤结果实现智能化的控制。改进了市场上的半自动洗衣机和紧靠控制洗衣时间来达到洗涤目的的自动洗衣机,能够很好的实现洗衣的便捷同时还保证了洗涤的效果。本设计通过洗衣模式选择、浑浊度的检测达到了自动化洗衣,智能化洗衣的目的。40644 毕业论文关键词:单片机;浑浊度检测;控制系统;洗衣机

Abstract: Nowadays, the types of washing machine are so many, but they are still unsatisfactory in automation and intelligence aspects, against semi-automatic washing machines on the market and close can be used to control washing time to achieve the purpose of automatic washing machine washing, Therefore, this design proposes a set of innovative control solutions. With MCU controller, it will achieve automation by choosing laundry mode, such as water, washing, rinsing, draining and dewatering, via buttons and realize intelligence by being able to check the washing results through turbidity detector, digital display and buzzer alarm etc. It’s not only a challenge to the semi-automatic washing machines and automatic ones in the market but also guarantees the washing effects while keeping its efficiency. In conclusion, this design will reach automation and intelligence laundry purposes by laundry mode selection and turbidity detection.
