摘要:体温是人体重要的生理指标之一,通过测量体温可以获得许多健康信息,以便对疾病进行预防和控制。本文提出一种基于热电堆传感器D203S的非接触式红外体温计的设计。该传感器收集人体的热辐射,转换为强度不同的电信号,从而完成非接触式的人体测温。D203S由许多热电偶串联组合而成,且传感器涂有一光学带通滤波涂层,使传感器能够灵敏探测5-14μm波长的红外辐射。温度不同时入射的红外线也不同,从而得到不同的电信号,再经过许多热电偶的串联而输出相应的电压,从而经处理得到相应温度。其操作温度范围为-20℃~100℃。经过仿真测试表明,此设计能够有效的完成一般环境下的体温采集和处理等。39821 毕业论文关键词:红外;非接触式;热辐射;D203S
The Design of Infrared Thermometer
Abstract: Body temperature is one of the important indicators of human physiology. By measuring the body temperature can get a lot of health information for disease prevention and control. This paper presents the D203S, non-contact infrared thermometer based thermopile sensor. The sensor collects body heat radiation is converted to electrical signals of different strength, thereby completing the non-contact body temperature. D203S was consist of many thermocouples connected in series, and the sensor is coated with an optical bandpass filter coating, so that the sensor can sensitively detect infrared radiation of 5-14μm. Temperature is not the same as the infrared ray , resulting in different electrical signals, and then after a number of thermocouples connected in series and output of the esponding voltage to the corresponding temperature processed. Its operating temperature range is -20 ℃ ~ 100 ℃. The simulation tests show that this design can effectively complete the collection and processing of general temperature environment and so on.
