摘要多芯电缆是被广泛应用的信号、能量传输的重要载体。本课题针对某多芯电缆设计一套检测其导通（绝缘）电阻的诊断系统。首先，设计数据采集电路，使用电路仿真软件进行电路仿真，从而确定数据采集电路的准确性和可行性。然后，设计模数转换芯片和单片机的接口电路，将数据采集电路得到的模拟信号转换成数字信号进入单片机中处理。最后，设计单片机与上位机的通信，用VC++软件进行编程，对数据进行处理并在上位机上显示出来。47533

Title  Design of fault diagnosis system for a control   system                                          

Abstract

Multi-core cable is an important carrier of signal and energy transmission which is widely used.The subject designs a set of diagnosis system for a multi-core cable to test its conduction (insulation) resistance.First of all, design the data acquisition circuit and use circuit simulation software for circuit simulation to  determine the accuracy and feasibility of the data acquisition circuit.Next,design interface circuit of analog to digital converter chip and microcontroller.The analog signal which is obtained by the data acquisition circuit is converted into the digital signal to be processed into the single chip microcomputer.Finally, design the communication of microcontroller and host computer.Use VC++ software to program,process data and display it on the host computer.
