摘要随着我国经济和社会的不断发展,各种不同功能的专用汽车也越来越多地走进我们的生产和生活。很多专用汽车,如展示车、指挥车等由于功能要求,往往都需要扩展车内空间。

方舱作为一种通用的设备装载平台,具有较强的机动性和环境适应性,日渐进入到更多的应用领域。纵观国内升降机构的发展,过去已有的几种升降机构由于共同存在着重量、大速度慢、操作费力、结构庞大和使用不便等问题,因此已不能满足实际需要。49565

本文介绍了一种扩展方舱的展开系统,提出了一种方舱展开的结构,并利用液压技术控制扩展方舱的展开与收回。根据该扩展方舱的展开系统液压系统的技术指标对该系统进行整体方案设计,对其功能和工作原理进行分析,初步确定了系统各回路的基本结构及主要元件,按照所给机构性能参数和液压性能参数进行元件的选择计算,以满足该方舱所要达到的要求。

Abstract With China's economic and social development, the various functions of the special-purpose vehicles are more and more into our production and life. A lot of special-purpose vehicles, such as the demonstration vehicle, command vehicle, due to functional requirements, often need to expand the interior space.
