摘要:锅炉直接受火灾和特种设备的影响,是工业生产中常用的设备。如果锅炉生产不合理,经营不善,行为不当,往往导致事故。如果操作不当,它会引起大爆炸,造成人身伤害,损坏设备,非常严重的后果。因此,锅炉的安全问题是一个非常重要的问题,我们必须密切关注。工业锅炉,最常见的事故有:锅炉水,锅炉超压,锅内满水,汽水共腾,炉管爆破等。其中,锅炉缺水事故比例最高。这些事故大多是由于锅炉水位控制不当,锅炉水位控制在锅炉厂控制系统中起着重要的作用。锅炉运行在预定范围内的水位,是锅炉安全运行的必要保证,锅炉是正常生产运行的主要指标之一。水位太高,会影响分离器的效果,使饱和蒸汽桶出口随着水的增加,蒸汽轮机与水会产生水冲击,造成密封损坏、叶片断裂等事故。水位太低,可能会造成水的蒸发速度,汽水自然循环的破坏,局部水冷壁被烧毁,造成严重的爆炸。因此,水位必须严格控制。62144

Boiler water level control system design based on Kingview

Abstract: Boiler directly affected by the fire and special equipment is used in the production of industrial equipment. If the boiler production and unreasonable,mismanagement,misconduct, often leads to accidents. If done incorrectly,it can cause a large explosion,personal injury, damage to equipment,very serious consequences. Therefore, the security problem of the boiler is a very important issue,we must pay close attention. Industrial boilers,the most common accidents are: boiler water,boiler overpressure,the pot full of water,priming,tube blasting. Among them,the highest percentage of accidents boiler water. Most of these accidents are due to improper control of boiler water,boiler water level control plays an important role in the boiler plant control system. Boiler water level within a predetermined range,it is necessary to ensure the safe operation of the boiler,the boiler is one of the main indicators of normal production run. The water level is too high,it will affect the effect of the separation,so saturated steam cylinder outlet with the increase of water,and the steam turbine may cause a water impact,resulting in seal damage,blade fracture and other accidents. The water level is too low,it may cause water evaporation rate of destruction of the natural circulation soda,local water wall were burned,causing a serious explosion. Thus,the water level must be strictly controlled.
