摘  要能够将传感器作为一个重要的元件来测量电导率的技术由于能够比较直接地检测溶液的电导率数值,因此使用很广。而运用此技术开发的检测装置即为电导率传感器,它主要对各行各业的用水及排污等进行水质的检测。这类传感器一般分为电极型、电感型电以及超声波型三种。其中,电极型电导率传感器基于电解导电的原理来测量电阻并计算出电导率,它的测量过程可看作是一个较为繁琐的电化学过程。目前,国外已经成功研制出四电极的电导率传感器,并能熟练的应用。69232

四电极电导率传感器拥有电压和电流电极各两个,为了降低各种测量的误差,这两种电极是分开的,同时,由于温度对本设计的影响很大,因此,将采用温度补偿的方法来尽可能消除这方面产生的误差。

本设计的思路是将从装置的一个放置溶液的容器内所传导出的信号经过处理,再对处理后的模拟信号对进行最大值的检测,之后进行温度补偿并将模拟信号进行模数转换,最后通过公式得到电导率值并在显示模块中显示。

The Design of Four Electrode Conductivity Sensor

Abstract

Being able to measure the electrical conductivity of the sensor as an important component, it is widely used to measure the conductivity of the solution directly. And the use of this technology to develop the detection device is a conductivity sensor, it is mainly for all walks of life water and sewage water quality testing. This kind of sensor is generally pided into three types, the electrode type, the inductance type electric and the ultrasonic wave type. Among them, the electrode type conductivity sensor based on the principle of electrolytic conductivity to measure the resistance and calculate the electrical conductivity, which can be seen as a more cumbersome process of electrochemical process. At present, the four electrode conductivity sensor has been successfully developed, and can be used in the application. With a four electrode conductivity sensor electrode voltage and current for each of the two, in order to reduce the measurement error and the two electrode is separated, at the same time, due to the temperature effect on the design of the greatly, so that the temperature compensation method as far as possible to eliminate the error arising in this regard. The idea of this design is from device of a placement solution container the derived signal after processing of analog signal processing after the maximum value of detection, were temperature compensation and the analog signal analog to digital conversion. Finally, through the formula obtained conductivity value and in the display module to display.
