摘  要由于铁路运营能力的急速提高,检测机车设备的安全性也变得越来越重要。针对铁路运输过程中机车设备的安全运行问题,需要通过机车试验设备定期对机车进行检测,本文的目的就是进行机车试验设备数据采集系统研究

本文经过查阅相关文献,设计出了机车试验设备数据采集系统的方案,整个系统将机车试验设备电流、电压、电阻、温度、时间等信号经放大与隔离后,数模转换并进行数据存储和实时显示,最后经串口输出,达到整个机车试验设备数据的设计要求。69868

按照上述方案,本文硬件方面以STC89C52单片机为核心,设计了基于单片机一些外围硬件电路,并且可以通过RS485进行串行通信软件方面采取C语言进行模块化程序设计,其目的是使系统程序结构清晰,编写调试便捷。

Design of Data Acquisition System for Locomotive Test Equipment

Abstract Due to the rapidly improving the capacity of the railway operation , so the safety of locomotive detection equipment has become more and more important. For the safe operation of locomotive equipment in railway transportation, need through locomotive experiment equipment on a regular basis locomotive were detected. The purpose of this paper is locomotive test facility, the data acquisition system.

In this paper, through access to relevant literature, designed the scheme of data acquisition system of locomotive test equipment, the whole system will locomotive experiment equipment current、voltage、resistance、temperature、time and other signal after amplification and isolation and digital to analog conversion and data storage and real-time display, the through the serial port output to design requirements of the locomotive experiment equipment data.

According to the plan, in the hardware to STC89C52 single chip microcomputer  as the core design based on MCU peripheral hardware circuit, and can be through the RS485 serial communication. Software to adopt C language modular programming, the purpose is to make the system program structure clear, writing and debugging convenient.
