发电厂电气主接线是电力系统的重要组成部分,其可靠性是保证系统供电质量、提高电力工业安全、稳定运行的关键。 本论文首先对可靠性的定义,电气主接线的可靠性的定义、指标做了介绍。对发电厂主接线可靠性的研究方法进行探讨时,发现已有的研究方法和可靠性模型,并没有很好的结合发电厂主接线的特点。 基于分析,本论文提出了基于元件状态空间的最小割集法进行电气主接线可靠性评估。并通过对两个典型的发电厂主接线型式的可靠性分析,详细的介绍了该算法的分析步骤。9671

Abstract
Power station bus systems arrangement is an important part of the power
system, its reliability is the key of that ensure the quality of power
supply system, improve the power industry safety, stable operation.
Firstly, the paper introduces the definition of reliability, the
definition and index of the reliability of power station bus systems
arrangement. With analyzing these methods, the paper discovers that these
existent methods have not considered the characters of the bus systems
arrangement.
According to the analysis ,the minimal cut-state based on the state of
component has been proposed to evaluate the reliability on power station
bus systems arrangement .The paper illustrates the approach in detail by
evaluating the reliability of two typical power station bus systems
arrangement.
